The shape in circle is type of cyclic quadrilateral. So, for this type of shape, the sum of the angle add wit the opposite one will be 180°.
In this question,
c°+96°=180°
d°+100°=180°
To answer the question,
d°+100°=180°
d°=180°-100°
d°=80°
