[tex]y - y_1 = m(x - x_1)[/tex]

[tex]y - y_1 = \frac{2}{3}(x - x_1)[/tex]

[tex]y - 5= \frac{2}{3}(x - (-3))[/tex]

[tex]y - 5= \frac{2}{3}(x+ 3)[/tex]
