Given the fraction: 35/45

We will simplify the fraction as follows:

[tex]\frac{35}{45}=\frac{5\cdot7}{5\cdot9}=\frac{7}{9}[/tex]

LCM for 35 and 45 is 5

So, divide both numbers by 5
