The formula for the area is 1/2 * b * h
1/2 * base * height

You answered A)correctly 1/2 * 8 * 6 = 24

B) 1/2 * 5 * 7 = 17.5

C) 1/2 * 8 * 12 = 48

D) 1/2 * 30 * 40 = 600
